Rogaland International Results

Rogaland KC, Stavanger, Norway: September 11&12, 2010.
Anna Storesund tops the Junior Handler competition on Saturday with 1st place and on Sunday with 2nd place. Congratulations to Anna.
The dogs do well also. Ginny, Thirte'en Days a Week to Elsto, wins the CACIB and is Afghan Hound Best of Breed. Afi, Elsto Afareen-Khariz is CC winner in Salukis. Lucy, Multi Ch. Fidels Andalusia, wins the Miniature Poodle CACIB. Thanks to all judges.

Oslo Double Results

August 14 & 15, 2010 - Elsto Khariz Amazing Amanda goes Best of Breed the first day of the Oslo Double International Show and also quailfies for Crufts. She goes on to Group 4 at this prestigious show ably handled by Cody Flowers.

The second day, Amanda is Best Opposite Sex which gives her the additional title of Norwegian Winner 2010.

Elsto Afareen-Khariz wins her class each day with an honor prize.

And, to finish off the weekend, Anna Storesund is 4th Best Junior Handler.

What an exciting weekend!

July 31, 2010 and August 1, 2010 - What a fantastic weekend for Prince Alladin! Anne Lise pilots Elsto Khariz The Magic Alladin to the CC win on Saturday and Sunday at Nesbyen. Super congrats to both of you!

New Champion



June 19,2010: Announcing new Norwegian Champion Elsto Khariz Odin. This is the 4th champion from the combination of Neo and Annie. Congratulations to Jorunn Kirkbak, his owner, for finishing Odin in such grand style....Best of Breed and Hound Group 1. A fantastic finish!! The breed and group judge was Åke Cronander from Sweden.

Norwegian Poodle Specialty

June 5, 2010. Lucy is Best In Specialty Show at the Norwegian Poodle Specialty under judge Melanie Harwood from England. This is Lucy's 5th Specialty win. The following day at the International NKK show, she is Best of Breed again under judge Bente Bjerkaas from Norway and Group 2 under judge Dan Ericksson from Sweden. Lucy finished her International Championship with this win.

Elsto Atif-Khariz Wins the CC

May 9, 2010 - The day after he turns 9 months old, Elsto Atif-Khariz wins his first CC at an international show in Kristiansand, Norway. Ably handled by Anna Storesund, Atif was shown in a strong saluki entry to judge Diogo Ramalho of Portugal. What a great beginning to his show career.

April 28, 2010 - Mrs. Beverly Jean Nelson awards Lucy first Award of Merit at the Poodle Club of America 2010 National Specialty. What a way to finish off her American tour! Lucy was Winners Bitch at every show but one while she was here in the States. She has also racked up a Best of Breed Specialty win along with other Bests of Breed. It's been a great visit. Thanks to Tim Brazier for his excellent care and handling of Lucy while she was visiting. Photo to come.
Lucy returns home to Norway as American, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Nordisk champion and Norwegian Winner 2010. She is a multiple specialty winner having been awarded Best of Breed at 4 specialties.

American Champion Lucie!!


April 11, 2010 - Timberland Valley KC: Lucie finishes her American Championship with another Best of Breed. This time under judge Mrs. Kristi Trivilino. Thanks to Tim Brazier who ably handled Lucie to all her wins.
She has amassed an incredible record in the short time she has been in the U.S. She was entered in 9 shows, was Winners Bitch 8 of the 9 times; Best of Breed 4 times and Best In Show at the Puget Sound Poodle Specialty.
Thank you to all who have recognized her quality. Lucie's next and final appearance in the U.S. before returning home to Norway will be at the Poodle National the end of this month. Åge Gjetnes, Lucie's co-owner; Eva Nygaard Sørensen, Lucie's breeder; and I plan on being there. We hope you'll stop to say hello.

Friday, 3/26 and Sunday 3/28 - In only her second weekend out, Lucie continues to dazzle by winning a Specialty 4 point major winning Best In Specialty at the Puget Sound Poodle Club under judge, Mr. Clay Williams and a 3 point major at the Peninsula Dog Fanciers Club on Sunday under judge, Dr. Wanda V. Spediacci. More details and photos to follow. Go Lucie!! In just two weekends she has accumulated 11 points with both majors. What a girl!!

Lucie Makes Her Debut in the US


Lucie makes her first appearances in the United States and wins at both her first outings. On Saturday, March 13, 2010, she was Winners Bitch under judge Darryl Vice. On Sunday, March 14, 2010, she was Winners Bitch and Best of Breed under judge Timothy Doktater. We are so excited at the reception Lucie has gotten from judge, handlers and other poodle fanciers. The saluki puppies also make their show debut. Elsto Ata-Alanna Khariz wins Puppy Best of Breed and Puppy Group One. Congrats to her owner Brit on her little girl's success. Atif, Elsto Atif-Khariz was Best Opposite Sex Saluki Puppy.
