Breeding Plans for Yaffa in 2009

We are very pleased to announce breeding plans for Am. & Norw. Ch. Omen Yaffa to Elsto-Khariz. She will be bred to the incomparable Multi Ch. Badavie Silmarillon. Silmarillon (Allan) has been number 1 stud dog in Sweden for 2008, 2007 & 2006 in addition to being number 1 male or in the top ten.

Amanda and Camilla make their debut together at Hamar Kennel Club on November 22nd, 2008. Amanda was Second Best Bitch in an entry of 19 bitches.

November 9, 2008 - Fitjar Stord KC - Elsto Khariz Alexander the Great wins the dog CC and Elsto Khariz Eira wins the bitch CC. The judge was Ove Germundsson of Sweden.

Yaffa finishes her Norwegian title in 3 straight shows. Today she won the CC; she won the CACIB towards her International title; she qualified for Crufts 2009 and she was Best of Breed and Hound Group IV. August 2, 2008 - Omen Yaffa to Elsto-Khariz is the CC winner and BOS under judge Marija Kavcic from Slovenia. And, in the Afghan ring, Elsto Khariz Froya (Diva) wins the CC under Marilyn Manley-Smith from Australia.

August 3, 2008 - Yaffa repeats her CC win and is 2nd best bitch under judge Gunnar Nymann from Denmark. A great start for Yaffa in Norway!

World Show - July 5, 2008: Elsto Khariz The Magic Alladin is 4th in a huge class of 27 junior dogs. Elsto Khariz Dina is also 4th in a class of 24 junior bitches. Well Done! Judges: Espen Engh and Joan Goldstein

Swedish National Afghan Specialty - July 12, 2008: Elsto Khariz Amazing Amanda wins the junior class of 16 bitches and goes on to win 2nd best bitch out of an entry of 70 bitches, including champions. She also wins the CC and Best Junior.

Swedish Sighthound Club - July 13, 2008: Amanda does it again! 2nd best bitch out of 56 bitches. Amanda repeats her performance from the day before by winning Best Junior and her litter brother, Elsto Khariz the Magic Alladin is Best Opposite Sex Junior. To finish off the day, Elsto Khariz Amazing Amanda is Best In Show 4 Junior.

June 8, 2008 - Congratulations to Yaffa! She is now American Ch. Omen Yaffa to Elsto-Khariz. Yaffa finishes her title at Asheville KC under Keke Kahn handled by her co-breeder, Cody Temple. Yaffa is Elsto's 5th American Champion and we will soon be welcoming her to Scandinavia.
We are also pleased to announce that Yaffa's Dam won the Brood Bitch class in a very strong field of bitches at the Saluki Club of American National Specialty in Kentucky on June 7, 2008.

Norwegian Sighthound Club - May 10, 2008 - Amanda wins the CC (this CC is the "big" CC without which a dog cannot become a champion) under judge Vlastislav Vojtek from Slovakia......
and the following day at the Norwegian Greyhound Club Sighthound Show she is the CC winner and Best Opposite Sex under judge Outis Piiti-Putta from Finland.
